While there is a place for fusion cuisine, the eating of animals from "nose to tail", and food that looks like a work of art  - Smoke Stack is not that place.

Do not take the above statement as a lack of passion for food - we are members of the Scotch Beef Club and Sustainable Restaurant Association. Our aim is to take top quality locally sourced produce and cook it simply.
